For example, when a trip or exchange programme is first being discussed, we are happy to visit the school and meet with teachers, students and parents. We’ll visit again when it’s time to hand out tickets and itineraries. Just so we can make sure everything is in place and everyone is totally au fait with every facet of the schedule. If it is the first time some students have travelled, we’ll talk them through what to expect and help them get into the true spirit of the great occasion. And we are also always ready to welcome individual mums and dads who may want to come by and talk to us, and ask us questions at our office on The Parade.
We will, of course, be able to recommend travel and accommodation alternatives if that is required. While behind the scenes, we’ll make all the necessary confirmed bookings and arrange transfers and visas. You can also call on us to get you tickets to special events if the trip has the time to allow such pleasant diversions.
