When some people set off on holiday, pretty much all they’ve been given is an itinerary, a ticket and the address of their hotel. And that, sadly, is not always the best way to ensure a perfect vacation.

At the heart of our service is the fact that all our consultants are widely travelled and know, from years of experience, how to make the very best of any great holiday. Between them, they are intimately aware of pretty much any locale you can imagine. And they also know the very best ways of getting to your chosen destination or destinations.

For instance, depending on where you are going and what you want to do, we can begin by suggesting some hotels that we personally know. Maybe, perhaps, a charmingly small boutique hotel, in the old quarter of town, will be far more romantic, or closer to what you want to see.

If dining is on the agenda, then we can personally recommend some fabulous coffee shops and bars, some great little bistros and some quite exceptional grand restaurants.

For many, a holiday is not a holiday without some first rate retail therapy. And here again we can point you to everything from the lavish feature stores to truly magical street markets and back road bazaars.

While in town you might also want to take in a major local sporting showdown or attend something rather more cultural. As well as being able to let you know precisely what is going to be on during your visit, we’ll also be delighted to make your bookings for this too.

And similarly with sightseeing. We can tell you all about what your destination has to offer and make specific bookings wherever you’d like us to.

Which brings us to helping those clients who really do have a rather “special wish list” for their holiday. In recent times, for example, we’ve arranged for a family’s to visit Santa Claus in Lapland, an intimate dinner for two on a deserted desert island, a romantic scenic helicopter flight in the US during which one imaginative client proposed marriage, and a private tour to a remote tribe in Papua New Guinea. For us, we like to think that nothing is too difficult or too hard.

Behind the scenes, of course, we are also as committed to making sure that all the basics are equally in place. Itineraries that cover absolutely everything. Tickets and accommodation booked and confirmed. Hotel transfers. Ground transport. Visas. And so on.
